End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective: December 28th, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and EdulasticHack Systems (“EdulasticHack”) governing your use of EdulasticHack software, including the EdulasticHack Chrome extension, updates, and related components (collectively, the “Software”).

1. License Grant

EdulasticHack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for your personal, lawful use in accordance with this EULA and the Terms of Use.

2. Restrictions

  • No copying, distribution, resale, rental, lease, lending, or sublicensing.
  • No reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or source code access, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • No removal of proprietary notices or circumvention of technical protection measures.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. EdulasticHack and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Updates; Changes

EdulasticHack may provide automatic or manual updates or modifications. Certain features may be added or removed at EdulasticHack’s discretion.

5. Data; Privacy

Use of the Software may involve processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You consent to such processing in the United States.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. EdulasticHack may suspend or terminate your rights immediately upon notice for any violation of this EULA or the Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall/delete the Software.

7. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EDULASTICHACK’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF USE.

8. U.S. Government; Export Controls

The Software is a “commercial item” with restricted rights. You agree to comply with all applicable export, re-export, and sanctions laws.

9. Governing Law; Disputes

This EULA is governed by U.S. law and subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
